She tells Aimee all about the Joy Ladder and how each level works. Her current mission is to inspire other mothers to fill any emptiness inside by adding more joy to their lives. She is author of 40 children’s books and a candid memoir for adults about overcoming food addictions, or any addiction for that matter, joyfully. Bracha shares wisdom related to human behavior and highlights two of her fantastic children’s books that help kids understand how to stay healthy, especially as it comes to food habits.
